Frank Nunez is an expert trainer and founder of Unicus Fitness. He developed Unicus with the goal to create the most effective, unique, "results above all else" fitness programming. What started as a big dream has now become reality with six Chicagoland locations and thousands of success stories. A fitness professional with almost 20 years of experience, Frank has worked with thousands of clients and helped developed hundreds of personal trainers. His real specialty is in program and training systems development with examples such as the HEAT Program for Fire/Police/Homeland Security and Beach Body Emergency being just a small sampling of his programming expertise.
Lamont developed a passion for fitness and health at an early age. This passion developed from competitive sports as a youth to the varsity level. Lamont loved the intense preparation and highly competitive atmosphere that he found running track and playing football at a Varsity Level. Lamont has continued to pursue a higher education and understanding of personal fitness. Lamont believes on taking a hands-on approach with well being and fitness. When it comes to helping individuals obtain a better and healthier lifestyle through exercise, he wants to extend it to include the entire family as well. He is pushed further to help clients reach the next level and beyond by implementing workouts for Athlete's, Business Professional, Homemaker, Novice & Intermediate levels, Rehabilitation, Youths & Weekend-only Workout Warrior.
Holly Swanson, Owner of Core Chicago Pilates, started her career in Pilates more than 15 years ago after finishing a career in gymnastics. Trained in both Balanced Body and Stott Pilates, Holly takes a well rounded approach to Pilates incorporating both the classical Pilates principles with contemporary knowledge of anatomy and functional fitness. Believing that Pilates truly is an option for everyone, her workouts range from first timers to advanced students, athletes to those just beginning to workout as well as pre and post natal students.
Zuri Osterholt is a Chicago native with a passion for all things health and wellness related. Yoga is her go to fitness routine because there is so much room for personal growth within the practice. She loves to travel, learn new languages, taste exotic foods and meet a wide range of people.

This fitness program is designed so that everyone can participate. There will be a mix of stretching and dynamic movements to get a full body workout. Be prepared to move and sweat. Wear appropriate workout clothes and set yourself up in a place that will allow you to move around.
This is a 30 minute class with instruction on the full pilates poses and modifications. We'll be focusing on strengthening the core, legs and butt. Clear a spot on the floor and ideally have a mat to can practice the exercises on.

This is an intense full body workout using weights, bands, and kettle bells. You can modify any of the postures and use weights from around the house such as detergent bottles or gallon jugs filled with water, or just do the movements without weight and you will still get benefit.

In this beginner yoga class Zuri will walk you through all of the basic poses. You'll get a good stretch, strengthening, and leave the 30 minutes more calm and centered.
